If needed, the research at ASL can be performed at the off-site laboratories located on the main campus of Washington State University, as well as at many unique national user facilities located at National Laboratories. ASL is meeting the challenge of addressing scientific and technological needs in the 21st century. Through the linkage of academic research to practical applications, ASL scientists solve problems and create innovative technology related to national security, energy, and advanced materials. Supporting applied research at ASL supports innovation and economic growth, and transforms the intellectual foundation for the region. Gifts to the WSU Foundation are designated to the Applied Sciences Laboratory. Gifts can be made by contacting me at (509)358-7565 or Email: karinolsen@wsu.edu. If you prefer, you can make your gift online. Thanks for your support! Karin OlsenThe ASL Fund
The modern research university offers a robust research infrastructure not commonly found outside of academic circles. ASL leverages theoretical and experimental technologies outside of its in-house facilities to ensure competitiveness and advances in research and development.
Join other visionary leaders and make a gift to the Applied Sciences Laboratory Fund today. Contributions of $50,000 or more will be matched by the Harriet Cheney Cowles Foundation. Gifts can be structured to be paid with a pledge over a five year period and there will be donor recognition in our new facility housed in the SIRTI Building.
